You deserve someone to talk to, who understands what you are going through. A simple letter can make a bad day a little better. Exchanging letters with a pen pal can make depression seem a lot less lonely.

Get a pen pal! All pen pal requests are posted in the Letters of Love blog. Email your name, email address, age, hobbies and interests, and a brief paragraph about you and what you are looking for in a pen pal to elizabeth[at]lettersoflove[dot]net. You may also attach a photo of yourself.

As with anything on the internet, please use caution when giving out your address. Get to know your pen pal a little via email before giving them your address.
